Looking for the perfect waterfront location for your dream wedding or special event? Look no further.

Our main floor features a spacious, ground-level open area designed to comfortably host the majority of your guests.
For seamless catering and preparation, the space includes a full kitchen designed for culinary efficiency, boasting three ovens, a commercial-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a professional three-basin sink.
Step outside to the connected covered deck, complete with patio tables, chairs, and a BBQ for your convenience.

The second floor offers an elegant, private bar area and a secondary open space, ideal for intimate gatherings or breakout moments.
From here, guests can step out onto the upper open deck to enjoy stunning views of the waterfront marina. Beautifully furnished with patio seating, tables, and a cozy propane fire pit, it provides the ultimate front-row seat for breathtaking sunsets.

We want everyone to feel right at home. Designed with inclusivity in mind, our multi-level clubhouse features a modern, ADA-compliant elevator, ensuring seamless and comfortable access to all amenities for guests of all mobility needs.

Your rental includes exclusive use of both floors for full access to the connected venue, along with complete glassware, dinnerware, and flatware for up to 100 guests.

Good to know

• Renter must provide a certificate of insurance 7 days prior to the event. We’ve partnered with Event Helper to offer our clients a streamlined process to getting event insurance, in just a few clicks, you will be protected! https://www.theeventhelper.com#lijg4
• We want to make sure your special event feels relaxed and unhurried! All of our clubhouse rentals start with a 4-hour minimum, allowing you plenty of time to enjoy the space.
  
• Please note that catering and linens are not provided by the venue. You are welcome to design your own menu using our kitchen facilities, hire any caterer of your choice, and bring your own linens to beautifully personalize the clubhouse to your style.
• Guest parking is available along the waterfront and on the west side of the building. The first two hours are free, with paid options available for stays extending beyond two hours.
• IRS-certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations may be eligible for a discounted rate.
• Animals are not permitted inside the clubhouse, with the exception of certified service animals.
