CLUB HOUSE RENTALS

EYC is currently taking reservations for clubhouse rentals

• Accommodates up to 100 guests (including catering personnel, musicians, and staff)
• Two-story facility with two decks (ADA accessible)

Our main floor features a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious open area designed to comfortably host the majority of your guests with ground-level access. A covered deck extends the space, complete with patio tables, chairs, and a BBQ for your convenience.

The second floor offers a private bar area and a smaller open space, ideal for more intimate gatherings or breakout moments. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the waterfront marina from the open deck, furnished with patio tables and chairs—perfect for taking in breathtaking sunsets.

Additional Information

• All rentals require a 4-hour minimum. We do not offer single-hour bookings.
• Rental includes both floors for full access to the connected space.
• We do not provide catering or linens. You are welcome to hire a caterer of your choice or prepare your own food using the kitchen facilities. Please bring your own linens to personalize the space to your event vision.
• Parking is available on the south side of the building; however, it is not reserved exclusively for Everett Yacht Club guests.
• IRS-certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations may be eligible for a discounted rate.
• Animals are not permitted inside the clubhouse, with the exception of certified service animals.
